We are seeking a highly technical resource with strong experience in BY WMS application development, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration support. This role should demonstrate broad technical proficiency within BY WMS.
Key Responsibilities:
Blue Yonder WMS Development & Support:
Design, develop, and customize Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS solutions based on business requirements
Develop and maintain MOCA commands, scripts, and extensions
Configure inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping processes
Troubleshoot and resolve WMS production issues and performance bottlenecks
Enhancements & Integrations:
Build and support integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), TMS, OMS, and external partners
Develop and maintain interfaces using APIs, EDI, flat files, or web services
Support enhancements for automation systems (conveyors, AS/RS, WCS, RF devices)
Testing & Deployment:
Support unit testing, system testing, UAT, and production deployments
Prepare technical documentation and support release management activities
Work closely with functional analysts and business users during implementation phases
Operations & Performance:
Monitor WMS performance and recommend optimization improvements
Support warehouse go lives, cutovers, and post implementation stabilization
Participate in on-call or production support rotations as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
7 years of hands-on Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS development experience
Strong expertise in MOCA scripting and configuration
Experience with SQL (Oracle preferred) and database performance tuning
Knowledge of WMS processes: receiving, put away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting
Experience with RF configuration and device flows
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.30/hour - $61.40/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
