We are looking for a skilled Business/System Analyst with strong expertise in requirements gathering, process design, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by translating requirements into clear documentation, user stories, and process flows using tools like JIRA, Lucidchart, and Visio.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform business, system, and technical analysis to understand project requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Define functional and non-functional requirements
Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases
Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions
Design and document business processes, workflows, and system diagrams using:
Lucidchart
Microsoft Visio
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Work closely with development, QA, and product teams
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies:
Sprint planning
Daily stand-ups
Backlog grooming
Sprint reviews
Manage and track requirements in JIRA
Ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
