Experienced Business Steward with strong Investment Management domain expertise to support enterprise data governance business glossary management and business process understanding initiatives
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge across investment management domains including Fixed Income Quantitative Solutions Real Estate Investments and Global Wealth Management This role requires close collaboration with business operations data governance and technology teams to define standardize and govern critical business terminology and processes across the organization
Experience with investment management platforms such as Aladdin and exposure to enterprise data governance frameworks are highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Create maintain and manage enterprise business glossaries and metadata definitions
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to standardize investmentmanagement terminology
Support data governance metadata management and stewardship initiatives
Review and validate business definitions data lineage and governance artifacts
Understand and document investmentmanagement business processes and workflows
Collaborate with teams across various domains
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and domain alignment discussions
Support dataquality regulatory and governance initiatives across investment platforms
Ensure consistency and accuracy of business terminology across systems and reporting environments
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Economics Information Systems or related field
8-10 years of experience in Investment Management Asset Management or Financial Services
Experience in business glossary creation and metadata management
Strong understanding of business process mapping and operational workflows
Excellent communication stakeholder management and analytical skills
Nice to Have:
Exposure to data governance tools such as Purview Informatica
Knowledge of data lineage data quality and governance frameworks
Experience working in enterprise transformation or regulatory programs
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.30/hour - $61.40/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
