Key Accountabilities
The Business Analyst/Solution Designer will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems. Candidate should have 8-10 years of experience as Business Analysist or Solution Desing role.
What we're looking for:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for credit decisioning strategies.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications , strategy design document.
- Work closely with stakeholders ( Credit Risk ) to capture and validate decision rules and data attributes.
- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
- Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming , sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Create API specifications documentation ( Open API specifications ) and interface mapping document.
- Participate in data mapping and transformation activities for incoming and outgoing API payloads.
- Manage JIRA stories, epics and technical tasks associated with integration deliverables.
- Good understanding on credit card decisioning, consumer lending or banking domains.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $28.87/hour - $45.12/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
