We are seeking a D1 Senior Manager to support a project initiative within the Structured Debt team under the Capital Markets Security Services line of business The role will focus on business analysis requirements definition and stakeholder engagement across the full project lifecycle
Key Responsibilities:
Gather analyze and document business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment on requirements
Develop both functional and nonfunctional requirements to guide the engineering team
Create process flows epics and user stories to clearly visualize business processes and proposed solutions
Partner with UIUX designers to create mockup screens and participate in reviews and demos with stakeholders
Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine designs and requirements
Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and test cases
Lead requirement grooming and refinement sessions with engineering teams
Participate in required internal and external daily and weekly project meetings
Ensure high-quality delivery of project artifacts including reviewing documentation prior to UAT and client reviews
Adhere to artifact standards and contribute to streamlining documentation processes for quality client delivery
Demonstrate new features to stakeholders and gather feedback
Facilitate knowledge transfer for product functionality to new Business Analysts Product Owners and team members
Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to maintain and refine the product backlog
Must have skills:
Business Analysis Requirements Management Capital Markets Structured Debt Domain Expertise Stakeholder Management Collaboration
Good to have skills:
Background in structured debt lifecycle structured products issuance loan servicing or debt capital markets
Familiarity with backlog management tools eg JIRA Azure DevOps
Understanding of UAT processes and test case creation
Exposure to data models API requirements or technical specifications
Knowledge of workflow tools BRDsFRDs standards or product documentation frameworks
Experience in delivering demos and training sessions to stakeholders or business users
Knowledge of regulatory considerations in structured finance
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $47.39/hour - $74.04/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
