Job Description
We are seeking a highly technical resource with strong experience in Blue Yonder (BY) WMS application development, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate broad technical proficiency across BY WMS components and work closely with both IT and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical configuration, development, and ongoing maintenance of BY WMS modules
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions across IT and operations teams
Support integrations, interface failures, and data validation workflows
Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and validate interface data flows
Develop and maintain technical documentation and configuration artifacts
Assist with deployment activities and ensure smooth migrations across environments
Collaborate with functional and operational stakeholders to align system behavior with business processes
Mandatory Skills & Experience
6–8 years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS
Strong technical expertise in BY WMS configuration and troubleshooting
Solid understanding of APIs, interfaces, and WMS data models
Proficiency in SQL for querying, data validation, and issue analysis
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
Hands-on experience with Jasper Reports and Zebra label creation/configuration
Hands-on experience with BY Integrator (inbound and outbound integrations)
Experience with data migration from legacy WMS systems to BY WMS
Optional / Preferred Skills
Experience working in large warehouse or distribution center environments
Familiarity with performance monitoring and system optimization tools
Prior involvement in BY WMS implementation or upgrade projects
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $42.35/hour - $66.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
