We are looking for an experienced AWS Administrator to manage, monitor, and optimize our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in AWS services, cloud networking, security, automation, and day to day operational support in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Infrastructure Management:
Deploy, configure, and manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, and Load Balancers.
Perform regular system monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
Manage Amazon EKS clusters across multiple AWS accounts, including networking and inter-cluster connectivity.
Manage multi-account AWS environments using best practices.
Security & Compliance:
Implement and maintain IAM roles, policies, and least-privilege access.
Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.
Collaborate with development and security teams to enhance performance and reliability.
Networking & Connectivity:
Understand and troubleshoot VPCs, subnets, route tables, VPNs, and Direct Connect.
Troubleshoot networking issues such as DNS, routing, and application connectivity.
Automation & DevOps Support:
Develop automation scripts using Python or Bash.
Work with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, or CDK.
Perform Helm chart deployments, upgrades, and customizations.
Work with containerized applications and optimize Docker/Kubernetes deployments.
Support CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure deployments.
Operations & Incident Response:
Serve as Level 2/3 support for cloud related incidents.
Track, resolve, and document incidents and root causes.
Maintain backups, patching schedules, and disaster recovery configurations.
Required Skills & Experience:
3-7 years of experience in AWS administration or cloud operations.
Strong hands-on knowledge of EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, RDS, and networking.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture and networking.
Proficiency with Helm and Linux systems.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Experience with scripting (Python or Bash).
Familiarity with DevOps tools and IaC frameworks.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly and effectively.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.98/hour - $57.79/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
