AI Architect

Primary Objective:

• Lead architecture design and technical strategy for Cai for HR and future integrated HR agent experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define scalable architecture patterns and reusable frameworks for agent development.

• Establish standards for Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Platform, APIs, and integration approaches.

• Design enterprise-grade agent orchestration and multi-agent architectures.

• Review security, privacy, Responsible AI, and governance requirements.

• Advise on environment strategy, ALM, Dev/Test/Prod deployment models, and release management.

• Partner with T&P GTO engineering teams on technical design and implementation patterns.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $64.72/hour - $101.13/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
