What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agentic AI Change Management and Adoption/Rollout Specialist position at capgemini?
We are seeking an experienced Change Management & Adoption Specialist to drive successful rollout and adoption of Agentic AI solutions across the organization. This role will bridge business, IT, and end-users to ensure effective implementation, training, and sustained usage of AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead change management strategy for AI program adoption
Develop rollout plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement models
Drive user training, awareness, and onboarding initiatives
Identify adoption barriers and implement mitigation strategies
Define and track success metrics (usage, productivity, ROI)
Work closely with leadership, business teams, and technical teams
Create user guides, SOPs, and enablement materials
Champion a culture of AI adoption and innovation
Required Skills & Experience:
6 to 12 years of experience in change management, transformation, or digital adoption
Proven experience in enterprise technology rollout programs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with GenAI or AI-driven transformation initiatives
Familiarity with frameworks like ADKAR, Prosci, or similar
Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly language
Good to Have:
Experience in AI/ML or analytics transformation programs
Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem (M365 Copilot, Azure AI, etc.)
Training and enablement program design experience.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.61/hour - $65.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
