With at least 3 years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles, you'll serve as the agile champion, removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment that enables teams to reach their full potential.
In This Role You Will
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and best practices
- Remove impediments that impact team productivity and sprint goals
- Configure and analyze complex reports and performance indicators to track project progress
- Analyze organizational behaviors and structures and their impact on team processes
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization
- Foster continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and implementation of action items
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
- Scrum Master certification (PSM II or A-CSM required)
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
