Base Salary up to 118,000 dollars plus a 15% bonus
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience to lead Agile delivery for enterprise digital initiatives. This role will support AEM development teams by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement while aligning delivery with AEM best practices and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and sprint demos
- Coach and mentor AEM delivery teams on Scrum and Agile best practices
- Partner closely with Product Owners to manage and refine AEMspecific backlogs (components, templates, workflows, integrations)
- Remove impediments and proactively manage risks impacting team delivery
- Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity, sprint health) to stakeholders
- Coordinate across crossfunctional teams including UX, QA, DevOps, and content authors
- Promote continuous improvement, team accountability, and Agile maturity
- Ensure adherence to AEM architecture standards, governance, performance, and delivery timelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- At least 1 year supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, and workflows
- Handson experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflictresolution skills
- Proven ability to work in fastpaced, crossfunctional environments
Target Background
- Scrum Master supporting Digital, CMS, or Marketing Technology platforms
- Experience working with AEM Developers, Content Authors, UX, and DevOps teams
- Enterprisescale Agile delivery experience preferred
