Role Description
The Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker will provide professional mental health and addiction treatment services to individuals, families, and groups. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, and coordinating care for patients. The role requires the individual to monitor patient progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. This is a full-time hybrid position located in Wilmington, NC, with some opportunities to work from home.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Social Work and Medical Social Work
- Competence in Case Management and coordinating care services
- Proficiency in addressing Mental Health and Behavioral Health needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Active and unencumbered LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) license in North Carolina
- Experience providing therapy and support for individuals with addiction is preferred
- Comfort with hybrid work (in-person and remote)
