Seasonal Barista (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Cape to Cape Espresso Bar in Wellfleet, MA is hiring seasonal full-time and part-time Baristasfor our busy Cape Cod season (May through late October).
We're looking for dependable, friendly individuals with previous barista experience or a strong understanding of espresso preparation, extraction, brew ratios, and coffee brewing methods.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso drinks with consistency
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Take orders accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain clean, organized, and stocked workstations
- Learn and confidently discuss our menu
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a great guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to multitask and perform well during busy shifts
- Morning availability preferred; weekend availability required
Pay
$16–$20/hour, plus pooled tips, based on experience and seasonal commitment.
