The Ideal Candidate
The right person for this role genuinely enjoys travel, takes pride in hands-on technical work, and finds deep satisfaction in commissioning a machine perfectly and walking away knowing the customer is up and running. You are organized enough to manage your own schedule across multiple time zones, professional enough to represent CAPE North America at key customer sites, and resourceful enough to solve problems independently when things do not go exactly according to plan — because in field service, they sometimes do not.

Candidates must be comfortable with heights, loud environments, and varying climate conditions at customer sites. All required PPE is provided or reimbursed.
