Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaper to join our outdoor maintenance team in Wilmington. In this role, you will handle daily groundskeeping, lawn care, and landscape installation tasks to keep our residential and commercial client properties looking pristine. This is a highly physical, outdoor position requiring stamina and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Lawn Maintenance: Perform standard lawn care duties including mowing, edging, weed-eating, and utilizing blowers to clean up debris.
- Bed & Detail Care: Weed, mulch, apply pine straw, and prune coastal shrubs, bushes, or small trees.
- Property Cleanups: Clear leaves, branches, trash, and storm debris from job sites to maintain safety and visual appeal.
- Planting & Installation: Assist with planting seasonal flowers, shrubs, sod, and trees.
- Equipment Operation: Safely handle and maintain outdoor power tools like commercial mowers, string trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Driving: Driving the company truck with employees and equipment from various sites.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Heavy Lifting: Ability to repeatedly lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds (such as mulch bags or sod).
- Experience: Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, or general outdoor labor is highly preferred.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable transportation to the job site or dispatch yard, and a strong team-player mindset.
