Primary Position Description:
-Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided
-Perform floor and carpet cleaning services in a timely and efficient manner
-Move furniture and other items as needed to access flooring
-Use equipment and solutions safely and effectively
-Maintain accurate records of services provided and equipment used
-Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
-Valid driver's license
-Ability to lift heavy equipment and furniture
-Good communication skills and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
