Looking for a skilled, detail-driven Floor Tech who can machine scrub approx. 1,000 sq ft of Terrazzo flooring and deliver high-quality scrub and buff, in a professional office environment.
Scope of Work:
- One large room plus one to two hallways
- No additional areas beyond the listed spaces
- Terrazzo machine scrub restore-ready finish
What We Need:
- Someone who knows their way around floor machines and Terrazzo (no rookies)
- Strong attention to detail — “good enough” isn’t good enough
