Cape Fear Christian Academy in Erwin, NC. is seeking a part-time maintenance assistant. The position will begin immediately. Candidates must:
- Support and adhere to the mission and values of Cape Fear Christian Academy
- Have a strong work ethic
- Be punctual
- Perform routine building maintenance duties, including some painting, minor electrical repairs, minor plumbing, and minor heating and ventilation systems maintenance
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
- Be able to respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs as needed
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Help in the set up of on-campus events
- Be able stand and or walk for extended periods of time, have the ability to bend, kneel and lift items regularly
- Have the ability to work as part of a team and follow the instructions of supervisors.
Hours: approximately 15-20 hrs/week
Rate : $15 - $20/hour
Job Types: Contract, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
