What You’ll Treat

• General orthopedics (pre/post-op, active adults)
• Return-to-sport & fitness-focused rehab
• Balance and vestibular
• Aquatics (~30% of caseload, warm water pool—no getting in required)

Mentorship & Growth

• Structured onboarding (new grads welcome)
• Work alongside experienced ortho and sports clinicians
• Continuing education support (in-house and external)
• Opportunity to integrate rehab with fitness/performance

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours) or part-time (16 hours)
• Flexible scheduling—we build it with you
• No required weekends or holidays

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000–$100,000 (based on experience)
