Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in South Yarmouth, MA. We are looking for a Clinic Director and a staff Physical Tberapist. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to address pain, mobility, and functional goals. Daily responsibilities include delivering hands-on therapy, supervising therapeutic exercises, educating patients and families on home programs, and documenting care in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating with other team members to ensure coordinated patient care, maintaining a positive and motivating environment, and supporting the clinic’s commitment to ongoing learning and mentorship.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with experience in outpatient settings preferred.
- Strong Patient Care and Home Care skills, including patient education, safety awareness, and development of home exercise programs.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine related to musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions relevant to physical therapy practice.
- Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Commitment to continuing education, professional development, and adherence to ethical and evidence-based practice standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team, maintain professionalism in a family-owned environment, and support student learning when applicable.
