What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Cape Cod Mosquito Squad?
JOB ROLE:
Cape Cod Mosquito Squad is the region’s #1 tick and mosquito elimination company. You will help our customers, their families and pets reduce the public health risk from tick and mosquito borne illnesses and increase their outdoor enjoyment.
We provide great training, motivation and compensation to help you assess different landscaping and properties and provide an outstanding job that eliminates ticks, mosquitoes and other nuisance insects. We use environmentally protective and effective products and methods to provide great results and happy customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role requires exceptional customer service skills, positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees, and a teamwork mindset.
- Providing introductory information to new customers
- Will provide training on company specific software and services
- Communicating with customers over the phone, through email or chat, or in person
- Other duties as assigned

- Must be enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
- Multitasking and organizational skills as well as great attention to detail
- Telephone Sales/Call Center experience is helpful but not required
- Must be willing to work occasional nights or weekends
Compensation: $18-$20/hr. plus bonus and commission (typically results in $22-$25/hr.) Full or Part-time please apply!
