Math Tutor – Middle School (Contract, In-Person)
Location: Brewster, MA
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 9:15–10:15 AM
Position Type: Contract
Cape Cod Christian Academy is seeking a part-time Math Tutor to support a mixed-grade-level middle school class during the school day. The tutor will work with small pull-out groups of students to reinforce math concepts and build confidence using the Singapore Math curriculum.
Responsibilities:
- Pull small groups of middle school students for targeted math instruction
- Reinforce and reteach math concepts aligned with Singapore Math
- Support students at varying skill levels within a mixed-grade classroom
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to align instruction and goals
- Create a positive, encouraging learning environment
Qualifications:
- Experience teaching or tutoring middle school math
- Familiarity with Singapore Math (preferred)
- Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Teaching certification or tutoring experience preferred (but not required)
Schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- 9:15 AM – 10:15 AM

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
