The Italian Kitchen of Brockton is looking for a reliable, energetic team member to work in both our kitchen and customer service areas. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing great service to our guests.
ScheduleMonday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Thursday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Friday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Approx. 22 hours per week
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers
- Take orders using our POS system
- Answer phones and process takeout orders
- Prepare food items and assist with kitchen production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Stock products and supplies
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service
- Available to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Previous restaurant, kitchen, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience using a POS system
- Comfortable working in both the front and back of the house
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
