Role Description
The Vice President of Restaurant Operations is a full-time, on-site role located in Halifax, MA. This leadership position oversees daily operations across all restaurant locations, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities include developing operational strategies, managing budgets, overseeing profit and loss (P&L) performance, implementing projects to support business growth, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The Vice President will collaborate closely with various departments to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic goals.

- Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to ensure efficiency and profitability

Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
· Minimum of 7 years of progressive, multi-unit restaurant or hospitality operations experience
· Demonstrated ability to lead senior managers and scale operations effectively
· In-depth knowledge of FOH and BOH restaurant operations
· Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
· Proven ability to implement systems, manage change, and drive accountability
· Advanced organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities
