Warehouse & Flooring Assistant – Deliveries, Physical Labor & Inventory
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

About the Job:
We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our team at our local flooring store! This is a hands-on position that combines physical labor, warehouse organization, deliveries, and basic office work.
Our team is friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to work with. We’re looking for someone who shows up consistently, takes pride in their work, stays organized, and is willing to jump in wherever help is needed.
No extensive computer experience is necessary. We’re happy to teach the right person!
Responsibilities
- Physical labor: Assist with carpet removal and rip-up jobs, moving flooring materials, and other hands-on tasks.
- Deliveries: Deliver carpet, vinyl flooring, tile, and other materials to job sites and customers.
- Warehouse organization: Keep materials organized and know where products are stored and which jobs or projects they belong to.
- Inventory management: Maintain stock sheets and help track materials currently in stock.
- Receiving & paperwork: Match incoming delivery invoices with packing slips to confirm materials received.
- Job coordination: Help keep track of materials assigned to different jobs and projects.
- General assistance: Support the team with daily warehouse, store, and office tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and a responsible driving record.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Dependable attendance and consistent availability Monday through Friday.
- Willingness to perform physical labor and work on your feet throughout the day.
- Organized, responsible, and able to keep track of materials and paperwork.
- Basic computer skills; advanced experience is not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous flooring or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required. We’re willing to train someone who has the right attitude and work ethic.
What We Offer
