As a trusted advisor, you are the principal point of contact for clients going through the home buying and selling process. You are joining a team of top-rated experienced realty professionals who are in the top 1% of real estate agents by volume, averaging more than 30 transactions per year. Non-CapCenter agents may take several years to achieve 30 transactions. You will consult with clients to understand their needs, wants and constraints. You will set up real-time access to home listings and schedule tours. You will conduct pre-offer property analysis and share real-time market insights, while guiding clients through contracts and agreements to help them maximize value with less stress.
