Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-time Behavior Technician to join our center-based team. This role involves providing behavioral therapy and support to children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with children and a passion for improving their quality of life through evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Prepare session notes and other medical documentation as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Experience/Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working with children under 10, especially those with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder, is preferred but not required
Hours
- Availability to work Monday through Thursday 4:30-6:30pm
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22.0 – 26.0 per week
