About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the execution of Division 10 construction projects. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple moving parts, and wants to grow into a full Project Manager role.
You’ll work side-by-side with experienced Project Managers, gaining hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction to closeout. If you’re sharp, proactive, and ready to level up in construction project management, this is your lane.
What You’ll DoProject Coordination & Execution
- Support Project Managers in delivering large, complex, and high-priority Division 10 projects
- Assist in managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep projects on track
- Help coordinate internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
Client & Vendor Communication
- Communicate with customers, architects, and vendors to align on project scope, expectations, and timelines
- Build strong working relationships that drive project success and repeat business
Estimating & Quotations
- Assist in preparing quotes for Division 10 products including:
- Toilet partitions
- Accessories & shelving
- Fire extinguisher cabinets
- Shower enclosures
- Bike racks
- Corner guards
- Mirrors and related specialties
Project Documentation & Submittals
- Support preparation and review of:
- Shop drawings
- Submittals
- RFIs
- Project documentation packages
- Maintain accurate and organized project records
Administrative & Operational Support
- Schedule meetings, track project milestones, and prepare reports
- Assist with invoices, billing, and cost tracking
- Help prepare and proofread deliverables before submission
Field & Site Support
- Visit job sites as needed to:
- Take measurements
- Assess readiness
- Meet with clients and field teams
Learning & Development
- Gain hands-on experience in:
- Estimating
- Contract review and negotiation
- Procurement
- Change orders
- Scheduling
- Project closeout
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in:
- Construction Management
- Architecture
- Engineering
- Business Management or related field
- 1 year of experience in:
- Construction project management
- Project coordination
- Construction administration
- Equivalent experience will be considered
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel required)
- Experience with project management software (preferred)
- Familiarity with:
- Bluebeam
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (preferred)

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (Class C)
