Would you be a great Experienced Salesperson?To excel as a Salesperson at CAP Concrete Coatings, you should possess a strong foundation in sales with years of proven experience in the home improvement, construction, or related B2B/B2C industries. A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets is crucial, along with expertise in consultative selling and overcoming objections effectively.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for fostering long-term client partnerships. Proficiency in CRM software for tracking sales activities and reporting will enable you to manage client relationships efficiently.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- 5 years of proven sales experience in home improvement construction or related B2B/B2C industries.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets with expertise in consultative selling and overcoming objections.
- Knowledge of concrete coatings polyurea or polyaspartic products (Penntek experience a plus).
- Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or sales certifications preferred.
