- Sales candidate must be personable, enthusiastic but be able to at the same time be aggressive while selling in the residential home
- Ability to overcome objections, and use a consultative sales approach utilizing features and benefits to sell a high end home improvement product
- Must be willing to go out in the field every day and make new friends. Relationship building is a key to success for this position.
- The need to be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter, outstanding communicator and a fierce closer are required
- This salesperson should be known for their strong people skills and a commitment to providing incredible service. Complete customer satisfaction and follow through can lead to ongoing referrals for this in home sales position
- Deadline focused, organized and results driven are integral to this position
- Familiar with putting together pricing and being able to guide clients through the design phase of their floor coating selection
- A 25 hour work week is required and a good driving record is a must
- Being able to find out the homeowners needs and then provide a professional presentation on a tablet or flip book in the home is what is required daily for this position

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
