Seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to help ensure our continued growth by expanding relationships with the communities we serve.
Successful candidate will regularly engage with medical practices, patients and the broader community through a mix of traditional and digital marketing and sales strategies. Candidate must be comfortable working with physicians and bring a passion for articulating their value. This is an opportunity for an energetic, self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with the entire practice to deliver a sustained and coordinated marketing strategy.
Position requires ability to think strategically, prioritize, work collaboratively, and manage details. Creativity, energy and strong organizational skills required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage a comprehensive, data-driven marketing plan aligned with organizational growth goals
- Own and optimize the annual marketing budget with an eye towards ROI and performance
· Physician & Referral Marketing
- Build and strengthen relationships with referring providers through outreach and engagement
· Digital Marketing & Patient Acquisition
- Lead digital strategy including SEO, SEM, paid media, and website optimization
- Manage and grow social media presence with engaging, brand-aligned content
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable patient acquisition
· Brand & Content Development
- Partner with physicians and clinical teams to develop compelling service line messaging
- Ensure consistency in brand voice across all channels and touchpoints
- Develop high-quality content for web, social, print, and community outreach
· Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Track, analyze and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools
- Translate data into actionable insights to continuously refine strategy and improve outcomes
· Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to physicians and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within a healthcare or a physician practice setting
- Demonstrated success executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, paid media, SEO, SEM)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into patient-friendly messaging
