Responsibilities:
- Learn the company culture, products, and operational procedures.
- Support customers in your assigned territory.
- Defend and grow existing accounts and gain new accounts in the territory.
- Answer incoming calls to support to customer requests.
- Process customer orders to ensure timely shipment.
- Follow up the sales leads via phone, emails, and social media engagement to convert leads into sales.
- Outbound and cold calls to expand sales.
- Support dental sales in trade shows and other events.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer account management.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma minimum, college degree is preferred.
- Experience in dental, medical, or veterinary is preferred.
- At least 1 year of customer care or sales experience.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a positive team member.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Job is in onsite at our office location in West Jordan, UT.
- Experience with MS Office, CRM, and ecommerce are preferred.
- Customer centric focus and problem solving abilities.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm/8:00 am to 4:30 pm/9am to 5:30pm shifts depending on territory coverage in different time zone
