Job Description
We are a growing outdoor living and remodeling company specializing in high-quality deck construction. Most of our projects are in Davis and Weber counties. We are looking for a strong leader who can help us scale by managing crews, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
This is not a sit-in-the-truck supervisor role. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can step onto any project, solve problems, organize crews, and keep jobs moving forward. The ideal candidate can both lead and build. They are proactive, organized, and continuously looking for ways to improve operations.

Responsibilities
- Supervise deck construction crews on multiple projects
- Assign daily and weekly tasks to crew members
- Review upcoming projects and proactively plan labor needs
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and jobsite readiness
- Maintain company quality and safety standards
- Train and develop crew members
- Solve field issues and communicate solutions
- Inventory management and expense tracking
- Step in and work alongside crews when needed
Qualifications
- Could personally build a deck to company standards
- Can lead and direct crews without daily instruction
- Can plan ahead and organize labor, materials, and schedules
- Highly accountable and detail oriented
- Can communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking team members
- Clean driving record and ability to drive trailer
- Ability to read plans and construction drawings
Additional Desired Qualifications
- Experience creating materials lists and ordering
- Experience meeting with potential customers and bidding jobs
- Supervisory experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
