Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $18.45 - $19.00 per hour (DOE)
- Type: Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available
- Shift: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Location: 180 North Jackson St., San Jose, CA (next to Regional Medical Center)

- Lead group activities and one-on-one engagement sessions
- Assist in planning and executing social, recreational, and therapeutic programs
- Encourage resident participation to enhance quality of life
- Ensure activities align with state and federal care guidelines
- Set up and organize materials for daily events and programs
- Bilingual required: Fluent in Vietnamese or Spanish
- Passion: Genuine interest in working with seniors in a post-acute setting
- Reliability: Strong attendance and commitment to resident safety
- Communication: Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
