Duties

• Provide exceptional guest services by greeting guests warmly and assisting with check-in, answering questions, and offering course information.
• Stage, clean, and sanitize carts before use; as well as wash, plug in to charge, and store carts at the end of the day.
• Operate driving range ball-picker machinery to clear the range; wash and restock range balls; pick up broken tee and keep the hitting area tidy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor service areas, ensuring all safety standards are met during daily operations.
• Empty trash cans around the clubhouse exterior and cart barn; ensure water coolers on the course are filled.
• Availability- early mornings, weekends, and holidays are standard.

Experience

• Prior experience in outdoor work environments or hospitality roles is preferred to thrive in this energetic setting; as well as the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills including public speaking help you confidently engage with guests and team members alike.
• Valid state driver's license is required to drive golf carts, range picker and other utility vehicles
