Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

• Processes inventory adjustments, transfers, and stock requests while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Receives and verifies incoming orders, ensuring accurate entry into purchasing systems.
• Packs, prepares, and ships orders using shipping software and established procedures.
• Coordinates local pick-ups, deliveries, returns, and repair drop-offs to support operational needs.
• Maintains organized department documentation, including purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and other records.
• Collaborates with department leadership and finance teams to support forecasting, supply planning, and overall administrative operations.
  
  

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Supports inventory and procurement operations by helping anticipate departmental needs.
• Requires 1-2 years of experience in a related field, with limited prior experience needed.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Texas Group C driver's license with an acceptable driving record at the time of hire.
• Contributes to efficient departmental operations through coordination, planning, and compliance with job requirements.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge / ability to learn inventory software or barcode scanners.
• Ability to safely use hand trucks, pallet jack or open to get certified to operate forklift.
