Responsibilities:
Position is responsible for creating new and maintaining existing programming for CR Tucson. Works closely with department heads and administrators in the development of future programming for the guest experience. Responsible for communicating with and contracting future guest experts and evening programming entertainers/presenters and providing oversight and coordination on-site. This position reports to the Programming Manager.
New Programming: 30%Works with Programming team to seek new and engaging guest experts to be presented to department heads.
Contract Administration:40% Contracts new guest experts, planning events with internal and external experts managing programs on-site and conducts audits of programs ranch-wide.
Guest Speaker Coordination/Management: 20% Responsible for submitting Comp Room Requests for Guest Speakers needing overnight accommodations. Serves as a primary point of contact for guest speakers prior to and during their stay. Works closely with Conference Services team to ensure proper room set-up and BEO submission \
Support: 10% Provides support and acts as a back-up facilitator to the Programming Administrator in the creation, management & printing/distribution of the Daily Schedule of guest activities/ events - this includes having working knowledge of Book4Time and CMS to ensure activities are accurately listed and displayed digitally and in print.

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must have prior knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field).
Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record to meet Group C Driving Requirements.
Technical ability includes proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications and InDesign skills desired.
Work requires regular lifting of objects up to 25 lbs.
