Position: Print Production Operator (Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts)
Location: Windsor, CT

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain digital printing equipment for aluminum cans
- Perform quality checks to ensure color accuracy, template alignment, and print consistency
- Troubleshoot printing machinery and production line issues
- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to meet client requirements
- Follow all safety, maintenance, and quality assurance standards
- Support continuous improvement in manufacturing and packaging processes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or production environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design templates and print specifications
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot printing presses and production machinery
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight production deadlines

Be prepared to demonstrate and/or provide:
- 5 years of work experience (does not have to all be in Printing)
- Past mechanical experience preferred
- Experience operating digital printers preferred
- References from prior employers
Understand:
- We are a startup, this will be fast-paced hard work but very rewarding
- Warehouse where the printer is located may be hot/cold and noisy
- This role will require heavy lifting up to 75lbs
- Previous brewing, canning, and/or printing experience is a plus, but not required
