Job Title: Product Integrator/ APM (Lakota)
Location: Redstone Arsenal - Huntsville, AL (On-site)

Duties:
- Direct report to the Lakota PD and DPdD
- Manages, plans and coordinates large activities such as business, logistical, technical aspects of numerous programs within a Product Office
- Oversee ongoing activities and tasks to ensure that all specified goals and objectives are met. Monitors and reviews progress reports and other performance indicators for conformance with established timelines, due dates and budget allocations
- Serves as Program Integrator, providing managers with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations and management by accomplishing a wide variety of assignments concerned with effectiveness and efficiency of current and future weapon systems programs, products and operations
- Serves as planner, coordinator and advisor for the Product Director (PD) and Deputy Product Director (DPD) for policy regarding weapon system strategic planning for current and future systems and requirements within DoD constraints. Coordinate office technical projects in accordance with DOD activities for an Acquisition Category (ACAT) I program
- Possess knowledge of and experience utilizing multiple funding appropriations to include OMA; provide recommendations regarding appropriate use of government appropriated funds to meet requirements
- Program planning, scheduling, report, preparation, briefings, providing support to management
- Prepare response to request for information (RFI) from management and higher echelon organizations such as PEO HQ, DA and DoD
- Assist in the development of the POM, BES, UFRs, CRA, Information Papers and response to "what-if" drills
- Establish and execute program plans to include milestones, entrance, and exit criteria, managing cost, schedule and performance
- Manage, develop, and execute documentation required for Contracts Requirements Packages (CRPs), to include but not limited to Statements of Work (SOWs), Contracts Data
- Requirements List (CDRLs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), and Technical Evaluations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (prefer Master's degree) with 8 years of relevant works experience
- Army Acquisition experience (prefer Acquisition Corp member)
- Acquisition Program Management Experience
- Prefer Department of the Army Systems Coordinator type experience or Army headquarters experience (or equivalent)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Army regulations, acquisition policies and precedents, program goals and objectives, and work
- processes of the organizations supported, as well as relationships with other programs within ASA(ALT) and the Department of the Army
- Experience with rotary wing aircraft operations, employment fundamentals, and Program Planning, Budgeting, and Execution phases
Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively and well with others
- Skilled in interpersonal and intergovernmental communications
- Plan, organize, and direct the work of teams or task forces to accept recommendations, changes, or conflicts among team members
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft 365, to include, but not limited to Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Planner, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
Security Clearance: Must have Active Secret clearance.
