REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree and 10 Years of Experience. Years of relevant experience may be substituted for education requirements.
Must have 10 years of experience using and scheduling within Center Scheduling Enterprise (CSE).
Active Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility. Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders and resolve competing resource requirements.
Must have a demonstrated ability to work as part of an integrated team.
Must have strong communication skills and possess technical writing skills.
Must have experience supporting large scale exercises involving joint operations.
Experience dealing with foreign visit requests and procedures.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Experience coordinating and planning Eglin range resources.
Experience supporting named joint-service and other government agency exercises.
Advanced understanding of logistics operations across diverse domains, including air, land, and sea mission profiles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the execution of exercise events within the Eglin range complex.
Schedule Eglin range resources using CSE for complex air and land missions.
Provide support and advice for logistics, air-sea-land mission planning with sensitive military mission parameters.
Collaborate with government agencies, defense contractors, and senior military leadership to ensure seamless integration of complex mission requirements.
Oversee the daily CSE mission tasks, ensuring all equipment, systems, and personnel are meeting mission objectives.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize logistics efficiency and operational effectiveness in support of mission readiness.
Produce a post mission report and after actions review, including lessons learned for possible follow-on exercises.
Temporary and Part-time support is required for up to 20 hours per week, January through June 2026.
