This position serves as the strategic lead for financial education initiatives across Canvas partner organizations — including all nine high schools within the Douglas County School District and Canvas university partners. The role oversees financial education strategy, partner engagement, program alignment, and performance outcomes while collaborating closely with internal teams to maximize visibility, engagement, and community impact.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Strategic Program & Partnership Management

  • Develop and implement scalable financial education initiatives across K-12 schools, universities, and community organizations.
  • Oversee the structure, alignment, and execution strategy for financial education initiatives across partner organizations.

  • Monitor budgets, schedules, engagement metrics, and program outcomes to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Partner & University Engagement

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for Canvas’s financial education partnerships across K-12 schools, school districts, universities, and community organizations — including all nine high schools within the Douglas County School District and Canvas university partners.
  • Oversee financial education initiatives supporting students, educators, administrators, university staff, and student-athletes through engaging and impactful programming.
  • Provide financial wellness resources, curriculum-aligned materials, and presentation content that support Colorado graduation requirements and partner objectives.

  • Support sponsorship activations and partnership opportunities that strengthen Canvas’s visibility, engagement, and impact across partner organizations.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand Canvas’s financial education presence across partner schools, universities, and communities.

Program Strategy, Oversight & Community Collaboration

  • Oversee the strategy, governance, and content direction for Canvas’s financial education programming across schools, universities, and community settings.
  • Partner closely with the Community Involvement team, which leads the direct facilitation and delivery of in-person financial education programming and initiatives such as My Future Money Life.
  • Ensure all programming aligns with Colorado state graduation requirements, learning objectives, and Canvas’s broader financial education strategy.
  • Guide and support financial education workshops, seminars, and special events delivered by staff, volunteers, or partner organizations.
  • Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and implement enhancements based on participation data, feedback, and best practices.

  • Define and track key performance indicators for all financial education programs and partnerships, reporting outcomes to leadership.
  • Assess program performance relative to state and national standards, ensuring continued compliance and alignment with best practices.
  • Analyze participation data, engagement trends, and partner feedback to improve program effectiveness and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in digital delivery, curriculum integration, and community engagement.

Community & Stakeholder Relations
