Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Corporate Communications team, the Vice President will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of internal communications for Cantor Fitzgerald and BGC Group.
- Lead the firm’s internal communications strategy to ensure timely, clear, and consistent messaging across the organization
- Advise senior leaders on internal communications for firmwide announcements and partner closely with Human Resources to support the firm’s employee engagement, talent acquisition and philanthropic objectives
- Own and oversee content strategy, governance, and editorial standards for the new corporate intranet
- Drive increased engagement and usability across internal channels through modern content, design, and digital best practices
- Support communications around sensitive issues and reputational matters in close coordination with internal partners
- Manage measurement and analysis of the firm's internal communications activities
- Provide support to broader corporate initiatives as part of high performing integrated communications and marketing function
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on internal communications, ideally within financial services or capital markets
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex topics clearly and quickly
- Demonstrated expertise in internal digital platforms
- Ability to effectively collaborate and work with stakeholders at all levels across an organization, including senior leadership
- Entrepreneurial with robust project management to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred)
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
