Job Title: Junior KYC / AML Analyst
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid – 4 days in office / 1 remote day per week)
Position Summary
The Junior KYC / AML Analyst will play an integral role in supporting the firm’s Client Due Diligence (CDD) and anti-financial crime functions. This entry-level position is ideal for an ambitious, analytical, and detail-oriented individual who is eager to launch a career in financial services and compliance.

Primary Responsibilities
• Assist in the execution of KYC and CIP (Customer Identification Program) due diligence for new and existing clients across multiple business lines.
• Conduct sanctions screening, adverse media reviews, and ownership verification in alignment with internal and regulatory standards.
• Support the collection, review, and validation of client documentation to ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, CFTC, NFA, and other relevant regulations.
• Analyze client legal structures, beneficial ownership, and control frameworks to determine appropriate risk ratings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders—Client Data Management, Compliance, Legal, Credit, Operations, and Front Office—to ensure accurate and timely onboarding.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and documentation within internal systems.
• Assist in responding to regulatory, audit, or internal risk review requests.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the integration of automation and technology within onboarding workflows.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Criminal Justice, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior exposure to KYC, AML, Compliance, or Financial Operations is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
• Familiarity with Python, C , or other programming languages is a plus.
• Experience or interest in UI design, database modeling, or system implementation is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with onboarding or screening systems is desirable.
