About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Expert Mixology: Craft signature cocktails with precision while maintaining a deep knowledge of our curated agave spirits and wine list.
• Culinary Ambassadorship: Provide detailed menu descriptions, pairing recommendations, and ensure every guest understands the "why" behind our high-end ingredients.
• Elevated Hospitality: Execute service at a high standard, anticipating guest needs before they arise.
• Vibe Management: Bring an upbeat, positive, and professional personality to a high-energy environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of high-volume bartending experience
• Strong culinary literacy, you should be as comfortable talking about flavor profiles as you are shaking a drink.
• Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining a warm, approachable demeanor.
• Team-first mentality and a passion for the craft of hospitality.
