Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in installation of Kohler and Generac generators following manufacturer and safety standards
- Support installation of electrical components including transfer switches, wiring, and circuit breakers
- Assist with site preparation and basic troubleshooting
- Read and begin interpreting wiring diagrams and installation plans
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Support senior installers during inspections and job completion
- Document work performed using company systems
Requirements
Skills And Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical theory preferred
- Ability to use general hand tools
- Willingness to learn electrical systems and installation practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must meet company insurance requirements to operate company vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- OSHA certifications are a plus
