We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist / Office Manager & Sales Coordinator to be the face of our office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, staying organized, and helping keep a busy office running smoothly.
Beyond traditional front desk and office management responsibilities, we're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people and is excited by the opportunity to help generate new business. There is room to earn additional income through commissions based on qualified leads and sales.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Office Management
- Welcome clients and guests with a professional, friendly attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls for three company divisions
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Order and restock office, kitchen, and supply inventory
- Coordinate vendors and assist with general office upkeep
- Help maintain conference rooms and common areas
- Assist with administrative projects as needed
Administrative Support
- Schedule appointments and meetings for various divisions
- Monitor and respond promptly to emails
- Keep records and files organized
- Support multiple departments with day-to-day administrative needs
Sales Support
- Answer inbound sales inquiries
- Gather customer information and qualify leads
- Enter leads into our CRM accurately
- Route leads to the appropriate sales representative
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries via phone and email
- Follow up with prospects as needed
- Opportunity to make outbound calls to generate new business
- Assist with lead tracking and pipeline management
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous office management, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
