Location: Washtenaw County Jail (Ann Arbor MI)

Responsibilities
- Overseeing Inmates
- Lead kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook meals following recipes
- Assist with food prep, baking, and cleanup
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays, shifts between 5:00 AM–8:30 PM)
- Ability to pass facility clearance
- Food service experience preferred (training available)
