We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of hospiality centric learning programs that drive organizational performance, exceptional client partnerships, and employee growth. This role requires a unique balance of strategic senior leadership and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader who is passionate about cultivating a culture of continuous learning and aligning development initiatives with business goals. We need a training professional who understands the importance of driving exceptional, high touch service with our clients and our dining population. A "hospitality mentality" is a must!

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development (L&D) strategy aligned with
- Collaborate with internal team members and third-party vendors to co-create, refine, and
- Lead the design and delivery of leadership development, onboarding, compliance training, skills
- Act as both a strategic partner to executive leadership and a hands-on contributor in training
- Identify organizational learning needs through assessments, employee feedback, and performance
- Oversee the implementation and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other
- Partner with senior leaders, operational business partners, and department heads to ensure
- Measure training effectiveness and business impact through data-driven analysis and KPIs.
- Manage L&D budget, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with all training requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in learning and development, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role - Food & Beverage, Hotel, Hospitality industry training experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working directly with third-party learning vendors or consultants.
- Proven ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and blended learning approaches.
- Proficiency in learning technologies, including LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in using e-Learning software & LMS services such as Articulate, Moodle, or similar
- High level proficiency in using MS Office suite & web-based conference services such as WebEx,
- Proven ability to lead others towards a timely completion of projects with both urgent and long term deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously, while working with
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-SCP, ATD) are a plus.
