delivering healthy, high-quality plants to customers across the country.

Behind the scenes, our greenhouse is where the magic happens. It’s a

hands-on environment focused on plant health, sustainable growing

practices, and teamwork. From propagation and watering to preparing

plants for shipment, every step plays an important role in getting beautiful

plants into our customers’ homes.

quality work. Whether you’re experienced in horticulture or just beginning

learn.

Our goal is simple: provide stunning and healthy plants with a team that

What you’ll do

* Plant Production & Preparation: Assist with receiving orders, water

maintenance, plant health, potting, labeling, and preparing plants for

shipping.

* Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and organize orders in preparation

for packing team

* Warehouse & Greenhouse Support: Maintain a clean and organized

workspace, ensuring inventory is properly stocked and accessible.

* Quality Control: Inspect plants to ensure they meet Canopy Plant

Co standards before shipping.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to

complete daily operation goals that include cleaning, and organization of

workspaces.

What We're Looking For

* A passion for plants and hands-on work.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet daily

fulfillment targets.

* Ability to work in both greenhouse and warehouse environments,

including standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and being comfortable

working outdoors.

* Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or

greenhouse production is a plus but not required.

* Self-motivated team player

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
