Role Overview
This is a full-time and/or part-time, on-site role for an Inventory Clerk located in Ontario, CA. The Inventory Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels, tracking stock movements, tracking customer-furnished material, and ensuring accurate record-keeping in the warehouse environment.
\n- Manage and maintain inventory levels by tracking stock movements.
- Perform data entry for dimensional reports and other quality/inventory records.
- Prepare and update Certificates of Conformance (CofC) for shipments.
- Review job travelers to ensure all materials are listed and operations have been signed off.
- Assist the Quality Control team with basic inspections and documentation.
- Review and handle quality and engineering documentation related to inventory.
- Provide assistance on the production floor as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, job travelers, and inspection reports.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an inventory, stockroom, or warehouse role.
- Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP (Enterprise Resource Planning/Material Requirements Planning) software.
- Experience with quality documentation (Certificates of Conformance, inspection reports).
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends when needed to meet critical deadlines
- Willingness to travel to customers’ locations or other Hera sites as needed
- Ability to use a computer and most common software programs to complete assignments
- Ability to communicate with individuals and groups in person, by phone and online

Physical Requirements / Work Environments
· Ability to work in office, lab, and manufacturing environments with occasional exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs and perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and manual assembly
· Visual acuity required for reading technical drawings and digital media
· Valid US driver’s license and ability to operate motor vehicles
